How To Record Your Mobile Phone Calls In ClientLook

These screen shots are from our iPhone app, but the Android app works the same way. In either app, simple pull up a contact record and click on the phone number you wish to call.

We’ll instruct your phone to dial that number and your call will be placed like normal.

Once you finish your conversation and hang up, we’ll ask you if you want to record an update for that contact. Simply click “Yes” to go to the entry screen.

ClientLook’s “Add an update” screen will pop up and allow you to record the results of your call. Your entry will be tagged as a phone call and automatically date and time stamped – all you need to do is type in the details. Then click “Save” at the top of the screen to record your new update on the contact’s record.

When you are done saving your update, we’ll take you back to that person’s record and you can see your new update at the top of the update list.
