In case you want your personal data removed permanently, please contact us at email@example.com.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you send us an email, and when you register for a ClientLook account. We also aggregate non-personally-identifying information related to the pages consumers view, the browser used, the referring site and the date and time of each visit. During account registration we may ask for your name, company name, address, email address, phone and possibly credit card billing information, which are necessary to allow us to deliver our services.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To improve our website. We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
- To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
- To process transactions. As directed by you, your information is used to establish an account for you. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the ClientLook service, or to a transferee or acquiror of our business.
- To send periodic emails. The email address you provide when communicating with us or during account registration may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your account, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
ClientLook services are delivered through a secure server. Any sensitive/credit information provided by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into the database of our payment gateway provider. We are never able to view your complete credit card or billing details, and we do not retain copies of any sensitive information on our own servers.
How long is your information retained?
Your account information is retained as long as your account is active and in good standing, as well as a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-establish service with us. Some of your information is retained in accordance with our legal obligations, to enforce our agreements, to support our business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our services.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
We offer subscribers the option of syncing their ClientLook account with their personal Google account. This allows subscribers to sync contact and calendar data between their Google account and ClientLook. Data received from Google is used to populate the contacts and calendar modules within a subscriber’s account. This data is solely accessible by the subscriber, and no data is ever shared with any outside parties.
Third Party Vendors
ClientLook uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology to run ClientLook. Although ClientLook retains ownership of all software code, databases, and all rights to the ClientLook application, you retain ownership of all of your data.
