New Customer Support Panel
At ClientLook, customer service is our passion. We are constantly innovating and looking for new ways to help you get the most from your commercial real estate CRM. That’s why we recently added a new customer support option right inside ClientLook.
You may have noticed the new blue ‘question mark’ button in the bottom right corner of every ClientLook page. This activates our new in-app support panel. When you click this button, a panel comes up along the right side of the page. You will see a “New Message” button which allows you to send a message to our support team. A staff member will respond shortly and you will receive an answer back inside the support panel and also by email.
All of your previous questions and their answers will be archived in your support panel, so you can refer back to them any time you need to. The support panel also allows us to send you messages related to your account, upcoming training classes, new features, etc.
The next time you have a question, try out the new support panel. We think you will find it to be a very convenient way of getting assistance whenever you need it. We’re just a click away!
