Send A Holiday Gift

Everyone likes to receive a thoughtful gift. You don’t have to spend a ton of money to make a big impression. The best client gifts are unique and memorable; so, avoid generic items with your logo on them. Whether you personally deliver the gift, or have it shipped directly to your client, be sure to include a hand-written note. This small attention to detail shows that you took the time to write them a personalized message, thank them for their continued support, and wish them a happy holiday season.

Give Them A Call

In the digital age where email is king, a phone call is a nice surprise – especially when you’re not calling to discuss a deal. Most people say that their phone only rings when someone needs something urgent from them, so calling to say hello and have a friendly chat – without any other agenda – is a welcomed treat. Remember that your clients choose to work with you because they trust you and value your connection, so give them a call and let your personality shine.

Get A Head Start On 2020

The last two weeks of December are usually pretty quiet around the office. Instead of taking extra time off, use the down time to get a head start on 2020. Get around to all those tasks that you’ve been pushing off; update your website and blog; connect with more industry professionals on social media; and make a game-plan for 2020.
