Since ClientLook hit the market in January one of the most common feature requests we’ve received is to add document sharing. It makes sense. ClientLook already provides an easy to use, centralized web portal for sharing project activity with clients and internal team members. Why not allow convenient online access to shared documents as well?

So we did a lot of research, experimentation and interviews. We came up with our integrated Document Library. We think it makes ClientLook the single best resource for sharing documents online for commercial real estate professionals. And, we stuck with our core belief that an application needs to be simple to use. When you see it for yourself I think you’ll agree that we’ve really hit the mark.

Today we’re announcing the release of a new version of ClientLook that includes document sharing as well as a number of other pioneering enhancements. We’re starting all of our subscribers with 5,000 MB (5 GB) of free storage (with the intention of expanding over time) and allowing just about any type of file attachment. That’s enough space for years worth of documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, video presentations and more. There’s also an easy way to associate an unlimited number of web links to point your team and clients to anything online that’s important. We’re confident these new benefits will help provide even more value to our subscribers.
