Tracking Your Commercial Real Estate Listings In ClientLook CRM
Everybody struggles with managing their own commercial real estate listings. ClientLook CRM software offers an internal listing management module that allows for easy management of every detail of both lease and sale listings. Maintain detailed availability, expiration and marketing information. Create custom fields to track anything you need. Even create pocket listings that are private to you or shared with a team.
Listing records must be created from an existing Property record. There are 2 methods for adding the listing.
From the Property record, go to the “Related” tab -> “Availability” and click on the “Add a Listing” button to choose the listing type (For Lease or For Sale).
For a sale listing, fill in the asking price information, listing dates/status, and make sure to click “Add a broker” to relate one or more seller rep brokers. When completed, click on the “Add this Listing” button.
If you wish to add additional images and files associated with the listing, those can be added via the “Related” tab -> Images or Files. You can also relate the listing to a Deal record you’ve created for tracking the listing activity.
Adding a lease listing is the same process except that if you have a listing which includes multiple available spaces within the same property, you will need to remember to click on “Save and add new space” so that all spaces get added to the same listing.
The second method for adding a listing is from the Listing section itself. To do this, click on the big “Add a new listing” button. After that, type in the first couple of characters of the property address to relate the listing to an existing property record, choose the listing type, and then click on “Add listing to property”. Then, go through the same steps as described previously to create a lease or sale listing.
