Can you tell me a little bit about your day to day business schedule?

Luis: My schedule varies from day to day. One day I’m out in the field trying to get new listings, another day I’m out touring properties with clients. With commercial real estate you don’t have a monotonous routine; every day is interesting.

Why did you choose ClientLook?

Luis: I chose ClientLook because the platform allows me to do everything I need to run my commercial real estate business. From data, to listings, to contacts, everything is together in one database. I no longer have to us multiple platforms to keep it all together. It’s great!

How easy was it to get your data converted into ClientLook?

Luis: It’s not hard by any means to get your data into ClientLook. Since it was a new software for us, we used a spreadsheet to organize all our data from previous databases, and then combined everything into ClientLook.

What CRM solution were you using previously and why did you switch to ClientLook?

Luis: Prior to signing up with ClientLook, I was stuck in 1995 using spreadsheets. I tried other programs, but they couldn’t cater to what we were looking for. We have specific business needs as brokers and ClientLook hit the nail on the head. It’s a one stop shop!

How has ClientLook helped your business?

Luis: ClientLook makes it easy to track who I’ve spoken with on the phone, my sale and lease comps, as well as my transactions. The platform has provided me with everything that I’ve been missing since I can consolidate everything into one system. With ClientLook, I can pull up buyer information much faster, and I can work more efficiently since I’m not wasting any time. I also like that the CRM makes it easy to track my emails and phone calls so I know when I should follow up with a client and quickly recall my last interaction with them.

What features do you like the most about ClientLook?

Luis: I really like the client features! I can give my clients access to their property information so they can see the latest updates at their convenience. I also like being able to easily export client reports and comps. The export features are great. The Virtual Assistant is another wonderful feature. I send pictures of business cards to the VA to input into my database. It’s easy and a better use of my time verses doing the data entry myself.

What advice would you give to someone who is looking for a CRM?

Luis: Get something that’s easy to use and don’t be distracted by bells and whistles. As commercial real estate brokers, we have so much going on daily, so if a CRM isn’t simple, you’re not going to use it. ClientLook encompasses everything you need as a broker – it’s perfect.

How would you describe your overall experience with the ClientLook team?

Luis: It’s awesome! The Success Team has been a dream! I wish every customer service person I encounter was as great as the ClientLook team. You are very nice people!
