An Interview With ClientLook User, Edwin Voskanian
Edwin Voskanian is the founder of Voskanian Investment Group, Inc. (VIG), a KW Commercial affiliated company. VIG is a commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in the representation of buyers and sellers in various commercial real-estate transactions including; multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and land/development projects. Edwin’s brokerage firm has coordinated over $340,000,000 worth of commercial real-estate in twelve different states; including California, Nevada, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Michigan.
Can you tell me a little bit about your business? What do you specialize in and what does your day to day schedule look like?
Edwin: I’m a commercial real estate broker specializing in the sale of retail and industrial properties in the Los Angeles, California area. My schedule varies from day to day, but for the most part I do my prospecting in the mornings and meetings in the afternoons.
When did you first start using ClientLook and why did you choose ClientLook?
Edwin: I’m a relatively new ClientLook user. I chose ClientLook because of the simplicity of the system and it has everything I need to run my business.
What CRM solution were you using previously and why did you switch to ClientLook?
Edwin: Prior to ClientLook, I was using Apto and I found that linking a few commercial real estate fields was very difficult. Plus, it didn’t sync with my version of Outlook. After multiple issues with my messages and data being deleted from Apto, I made the switch to ClientLook and it’s been great. The ClientLook CRM has everything I need.
How easy was it to get your data converted into ClientLook?
Edwin: Getting my data in ClientLook was easy. I had no issues with ClientLook but had several problems with Apto. Working with them was a disaster, but the ClientLook team was fantastic and helpful throughout the whole process.
What problem has ClientLook solved for you?
Edwin: ClientLook really helps me keep track of my contacts, and I like that everything is in one centralized location. My Assistant also uses ClientLook, and everything is easy to find, update, and reference.
What features do you like the most about ClientLook?
Edwin: All of my information is easy to view without having to click around to multiple areas. I like the overviews and that contacts and properties are linked together. I also like the ClientLook mobile app; I use it when I’m not in the office.
What advice would you give to someone who is looking for a CRM?
Edwin: Make it simple. A good CRM shouldn’t be overly complicated or hard to use. Instead, find a CRM that’s easy and user-friendly and focus your time on your clients instead. Human interaction is key in this business.
How would you describe your overall experience with the ClientLook team?
Edwin: My experience with the team has been excellent. Everyone has been helpful. Keith has been integral to getting me up and running and Austin has been great with communication.
