Let’s talk about marketing. As a commercial real estate professional, you have to get comfortable with marketing and self-promotion. Times have changed and marketing should now be a primary focus in your business if you want to keep your pipeline full. Fully Embrace Social Media

I’m going to start out with the most obvious form of marketing: social media. I’m willing to bet that you either love it or hate it, but there’s no denying the power it holds. Your current clients – as well as future, potential clients – are spending a good chunk of time scrolling through their social media feeds each day. Do they see you? The great thing about social media is that it’s free and has the ability to reach thousands of people. If you’re nervous about using social media to promote your business, start with just one or two platforms and then add more as you feel comfortable. Make sure you have a well-written “About” page that highlights your years of experience, area of specialization, and top clients you have worked with.
