Administration and teaming module deployed
We deployed a free upgrade to our ClientLook commercial real estate CRM software yesterday that was applied to all acounts. The new upgrade includes a new account administration module and a teaming features for better record sharing.
The complete list of features include:
- New account administration module. Account administrators can now set roles for users, restrict certain features, and modify contact information within each user’s profile page. Look for the new “Account” tab in the Setup module.
- New Teaming module. In a multi-user database Admins can now create teams consisting of a subset of account users. Any record (contact, update, group, email…) can then be shared with a team to limit access even in a multi-user database. Look for the “Teams” tab in the Setup module.
- New Preferences tab. Set your default sharing preferences for new record sharing. Also indicate the module that you’d like to open at login. You’ll find this in the “Preferences” tab of the Setup module.
- Expanded user profile page. Add unlimited phone numbers and addresses to your personal profile page. Share this info with co-workers for a more complete corporate directory.
