"I am a new user to ClientLook and found it through a fellow broker. It is a great tool to keep myself organized and a painless way to handle client reporting. I keep a daily journal and at the end of the day add brief notes to Contact files via the History tab of REA. ClientLook then deposits a copy of the day's notes into a report for clients to see via the web. Clients can check my activity whenever it fits their schedule. They get up-to-the-minute information about the activity at their property. The advantage for me if that if I am talking with one prospect for 4 or 5 of my listings, I only need to enter the note once in REA and then ClientLook places the note in each of the listing's activity report. Saves me time from having to enter the information a multiple of times. Another advantage, ClientLook is a great tool to help me track leads. I can refer back to earlier reports and then go back and 'knock on old doors'.
I no longer have to set aside an afternoon to update client reports. It is automatic and on-going. ClientLook has helped me to increase my productivity, and my clients like it."
