RPR is a free tool that works seamlessly with ClientLook. Just activate it, and you will see comprehensive data, powerful analytics, and dynamic reports appear in your ClientLook property pages.

Connecting RPR to ClientLook

Connecting RPR to your ClientLook account is simple. The entire process takes less than 60 seconds.

  • Log in to your ClientLook account, and then click on your name that appears in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Choose “Setup” from the dropdown menu that appears. The Setup module will open.
  • Choose the “Integrations” tab within the Setup module.
  • Scroll down to RPR and click “Connect”.
  • Under the product description, click the button marked “Activate RPR features”.
  • You’ll see a notification saying that RPR was successfully activated.

That’s it!

Now you can use RPR to generate analyses and reports for any of your ClientLook properties. The options are right there on the property page: location details and demographic analyses, like thematic maps and information on local businesses. RPR includes information from public records as well, which includes information on taxes and mortgages, property ownership, and more.

RPR Commercial is a subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS®, and is available for free to any of its members. It’s funded by REALTOR® dues. The platform is not available to consumer or non-REALTOR® commercial real estate professionals.

The property details that RPR generates are extensive and powerful– like the location’s sales history, interior details, and legal descriptions of the property. The service generates reports that can include maps, photographs, and other graphic elements. Users also have access to the location’s demographics, local spending habits, population, age, marital status, etc.

RPR’s analysis features allow you to advise clients on the best place for locating a business, for example. You can refer to extensive information on the people who live in a given area: how they spend their money, what cars they drive, how often they dine out… All of this is extremely valuable to your commercial clients.
